If enjoy reading, there is an excellent book entitled "It's Not About The Coffee", by Howard Behar. The book is about the leadership and management of the Starbucks Coffee Company. If you get the chance to read it, take some time and email me your thoughts. I will share additional books and titles with you. Reading is something I truly enjoy, particularly self help books with emphasis on leadership.
